Want to help a Trust dedicated to the Natural World? Why not volunteer a morning a week at our centre?
We are a small Trust that was set up to encourage an interest in the natural world. Rather than just letting people wander around our display, we place a high priority on giving tours and talks to our visitors, believing that this is the best way to engage people with plants and animals. Running a quality centre on a small budget means that volunteers are very welcome to help out with the running of the project.
We are especially looking for people with experience in accountancy and fund-raising but most of our volunteers in the past have helped with butterfly care, gardening or helping on the reception desk. If you are interested in volunteering, please ring us on 01970 880928 for more details.
